Is the intro call really free?

Yes. The 15-minute intro call is completely free with no obligation. It's a chance for Chris to understand your situation and for you to decide if the service is right for you.

Do bundle sessions expire?

No. Sessions in the 7-session bundle never expire. Use them at whatever pace works for you.

What's included in the device setup price?

Everything. Data transfer, account setup, app installation, email configuration, printer connection, and a full walkthrough. The $280–$350 range depends on complexity.

Do you charge for travel?

No. In-home sessions within the primary service area (Bethesda, Potomac, Gaithersburg, and surrounding DMV areas) include travel at no extra cost.
